The Basin Theatre COVID19 Update

The Basin Theatre adheres to the Victorian Government COVID Regulations on attendance at Entertainment Venues.  At present this means:

1. •There are no vaccination requirements for patrons to enter The Basin Theatre,
   

2. •Patrons and staff are not required to check-in using the Service Victoria App to enter the theatre, and
   

3. •There are no limits on the number of people attending the theatre.

Please note the new 2022 performance times:

1. •Thursday 8:00 PM (including Opening Night)
   

2. •Friday 8:00 pm
   

3. •Saturday 2:00 PM Matinee
   

4. •Saturday 8:00 PM
   

5. •Sunday 2:00 pm Matinee

Fire Warnings Policy

1. *No person will attend the theatre for any reason where a Catastrophic (Code Red) or Extreme fire warning is issued for the Central Fire District.
   

1. *In the event of a Catastrophic (Code Red) or Extreme fire warning being issued for the Central Fire District, then any performance, rehearsal, working bee, or social events will be postponed or cancelled and no person will attend the theatre for any reason.
   

1. *Refunds or ticket exchanges will be made where a performance is cancelled.
   

1. *NOTE: This is not to be confused with a DAY of TOTAL FIRE BAN, and events will still be held at The Basin Theatre on days of Total Fire Ban where the fire warning is Severe or lower.
